The AP Studio class just completed the grueling task of creating 24 works of art for their AP Portfolio review. For the “Breadth” section of the portfolio, the students explored a variety of art making techniques and methods, while the “Concentration” section allowed the students to focus on a specific theme or message through visual communication. Descriptions of each “Concentration” precede each students’ Concentration portfolio of artwork. AP Studio consists of three different realms of study; Drawing and Painting, 2D, and 3D.
The 2015 – 2016 class was the largest group of students in the past three years, and will no doubt be just as successful in passing their portfolio reviews. These students have worked extremely hard this year, so take some time out of your day and check out all of this amazing work!
